I have one for sale, about 8000 miles on it, no tube.
Includes a new cleaning kit, as yet unused.
Price: $125 if I clean it before delivery, $100 if you clean it after delivery.
Price does not include shipping, buyer too assume that cost.

Having never shipped anything before, I estimated the package size and weight on the UPS site and they say about $15 for UPS ground.
It is coming from zip code 92514 in So Cal if you can estimate it a different way.
