Thanks to all...the e-mailed "jack" and it turns out he's also the above posting on eBay.
Just like to thank all of you for helping and adding imput. I now have a Dark Silver bumper that I can just bolt on.. it's only due to my **** retentive nature that I even need one. Have the factory clear lights and when the installed them by regs they have to add reflectors to the rear bumper...I didn't like the look...now I'm nice and smoooooooooth
