FS: JCWorks exhaust for MCS

I have the cat-back exhaust that comes with the Works kit for sale. It is a perfect fitting stainless system that sounds a bit louder than stock without becoming annoying. As it is part of the JCW kit, the quality of the system is excellent. It has 2000 miles on it and is in perfect condition. New thru John Cooper, the exhaust, part # JCM508, costs 659.68 UK pounds which as of today (7/16) is $1235. See http://www.johncooper.co.uk/JohnCoop...FExhaust+Kits/ for pics.

I am asking for $750 for mine. I am located in central New Jersey (zip 08619) and would prefer not having to ship something so big. I can install is for you if you wanted.
Thanks

Andy,

Is that a stainless system? Real-world HP gains? What are you swapping it out with? Thanks

The system is stainless steel. The muffler bodies and the tips are polished stainless. Tips have the John Cooper Works logo engraved on them. As for power gains for the exhaust alone, I don't know, since the Works kit was installed all at once, yeilding approx 200hp. I'm sure it make power or else they wouldn't have gone thru the effort in making it. JCW supposedly did alot of R&D.

The exhaust is really nice but I built a custom one myself for the car. I moved the battery tray up and ran the exhaust staight. Very light (sub 25lbs with a resonator up front) and as unrestrictive as you can get.
