1. JL12W3-D4 subwoofer (12" sub, 4 ohm load) $129.99 (ebay)
2. Xtant titanium amp (model A6001T) 600x1 @2ohms 300x1@4ohms (~$220 ebay)
3. Custom box for the Sub. Made to fit exactly into the hatch, built to exact size for the sub by JL standards (~$400 Cartoys [cartoys.com])
4. False floor made to surround the amp. (include in sub box)
5. Full JL Audio amp kit (cost like $100)
6. Bass control ****(Xtant made) ($35). Plugs into the amp and controls bass from the front seat. Can make your car really freaking loud, or turn it off completely.
I would like to sell EVERYTHING as a package deal for $650. I will half shipping with you. Shipping will be like $50-$75. If you really want just a piece of it. You can get the box/amp cover covered in your interior color for cheap. Probably under $50 or so.
