Most dealers can order this for you just give them the part numbers.
Get a 10-15% discount if you belong to the BMW car club of america. Annual membership is $35 and you get a nice publication called the Roundel plus you can attend BMW functions/events, driving school etc.

I just received and installed my Euro Parcel Shelf. I got it from Crevier MINI in Santa Ana. They run Crevier Parts in the Roadfly Forum : http://bimmer.roadfly.org/bmw/forums/partscounter/

Chris is the guy in charge of internet orders and they can get the parts in about 2 to 3 days. I am local so I just picked-up my parts. I paid $60.60 before tax (with no special discounts - just ordered through their internet forum).

Check it out, it seems they are the cheapest. And Chris is top notch!
