Description:

Hey folks,  I'm relisting my 2006 Mini Cooper S.   I've put very low mileage on this car since ownership, and it's been garage kept for the 10 years I've owned it.  Bought with 68k miles in 2015, and now just over 90k miles.  This car has been loved, improved, and enjoyed 2 track days.  The track days were all pre-maintenance mentioned below.   If you're here, you already know the car is a blast to drive - this one is ready to go, as long as you don't live on a dirt road lol.   This cooper has the Harmon Kardon stereo.  No low ballers.

Performance:
- Cravenspeed 15% SC pulley with appropriate belt and plugs
- Detroit Tuned SC bypass valve
- K&N intake with CARB sticker
- Borla 140119 Catback Exhaust
- Powerstop K5725-26 drilled/slotted brakes
- Bilstien PSS-10 coil overs (Adjustable dampers w/ out removing anything)

- New BF Goodrich Comp 2-A 215/45/R17 91W tires
- Drag DR-19 17x7.5 Wheels
- New CSF Aluminum Radiator
- Metal bleeder valve/coupler
- Aluminum Coolant Reservoir
- 3mirrors flexible Dip Stick

Dress up:
- Jinfili 18SMD Sequential Smoked side signal markers

- iJDMTOY Front  LED running(halo) and blinkers
- iJDMTOY UK Union Jack flag Parking Brake handle
-SPEC-D TUNING LED smoked tail lights

Extras:
- Chrono gauge kit (set at 108k miles, was going to wait until then to install at that mileage)
- Full set of functional Megan Racing MR-CDK-MC02-EU Euro Series coil overs
- Car cover (used once)

Solid build. Great to see the front-end refresh and SC maintenance.

A few questions:
1. Full VIN for Carfax?
2. What mileage/year was the supercharger oil/water pump service done?
3. What's prompting the sale after 10 years?
4. Any outstanding quirks, maintenance needs or other issues?
Thanks.

A few questions:
1. Full VIN for Carfax?
***** WMWRE33546TL19701
2. What mileage/year was the supercharger oil/water pump service done?
*****all major repairs were completed within the last 2,000-3,000 miles. Done August 2024.
3. What's prompting the sale after 10 years?
*****I'm getting older, and so are my children (I have 4, two are now adults). Not driving this car but once a week to keep the juices flowing, makes more sense to equip my children with something more practical.
4. Any outstanding quirks, maintenance needs or other issues?
*****Front brake pads probably need replacing. the ones that I've had with the power stop kit clunk when stopping in reverse in the driveway. Same happened with a friends cooper with the same breaks. Doesn't impact driving, but can startle you at your first backup out of the driveway lol. Driver side mirror motor is intermittent. Driver seat is splitting at the seam (shown int he picture, will have that fixed before sold). Headliner at the windshield has a little bit of pulling away, I have clips to prevent anything further, headliner is perfect everywhere else Other than that, no issues/quirks.
Thanks.

responded inline above. Will at the VIN to the overall listing as well.

I should note - I had the water pump done twice by the dealer. (you'll see that in the care fax). First time was right after I bought it and I wasnt comfortable in working on it yet. Second time was 2400 miles before I did it myself, which they also said they did the thrust bushings. Then when I did it ALL over myself, I had them write me a check for the work they short cut. basically, they did the thrust bushings the short cut way (cutting them out of the housing), but they charged labor as if they brought down the full sub frame. Hate shady dealers... ugh. The work i put into it myself doing it right is really the only thing that's kept me from selling it! Someone else's win at this point I guess.

Great thanks for the info!

Would you be open to a PPI at Sprint Motorsports in Tracy? Looks like they're an R53 specialists ~30min away, and I'd cover it.

For what it's worth:
- This car will not be shipped. It will be picked up by the buyer who I release liability to.
- I will not take an online payment.
- I will not write a lower price on the title/release of liability.
- I will not lower the price if an inspection turns up something I am unaware of. I am confident in the reliability of this vehicle.
- Any exchange will occur in the bank lobby or at the police station.
- Title and Keys will not be transferred/signed until funds are cleared.
