Does this sound normal? I read the B48 can be a bit noisy. Thats my only dissapointment with the JCW. Driving with the windows open It almost sounds like a diesel.
Also the idle doesn't seem very smooth as you can hear @ the exhaust.
Engine was kinda cold, just drove it very shortly 2 min. before I took this clip.

 

I can hear a little ticking in my but that does seem to be a little much. As far as the idle smoothness, I have a stage 2 tune in mine so it is had for me to compare, but that does sound a little uneven. Neither sound like anything major is wrong. My car has developed a very slight rattle somewhere near the sunroof and it is driving me crazy trying to stop it, so I know how it is, sometimes the little things can annoy you the most.

If my sunroofscreen is in a slight "wrong" position I get a weird rattle as well. Took me a few drives to figure out where it came from, but just moving the screen a tiny bit eliminates it for me.
