My wife and I have recently purchased a 2019 F60 JCW All4 and looking for a little more pull. I'm coming from a 2016 WRX which had a 3" highflow turbo-back exhaust (includes the downpipe) and after that stage-2 tune, it brought a huge smile every time I stepped on it. The F60 is close, but not quite yet. So looking at options. I've located some good catted downpipes, but most are 3-4", and so I am wondering if anyone knows the diameter of the JCW exhaust, the actual piping not the exhaust tips? I'm hoping it's 3" but I have a hunch that its 2.5". Cheers!

 

According to RealOEM.com it is 70mm, or 2.75"

Thank you Nik! That's probably the outer diameter of the clamps, which go overtop of the exhaust pipe and thus will include 2x the thickness of the clamp itself, which would put the outer diameter of the exhaust closer to 2.5". In either case, it is surely less than 3"! Thanks again

 

Actually, they size those clamps for the outside diameter of the pipe, so 70mm outside exhaust pipe diameter.

MINI is either 65mm, or 70mm for JCW, and GP3.
I measured my GP3 exhaust at 70.3 MM!!
