2014 Countryman JCW Rear Alignment Issues

Hello all, I own a 2014 Countryman JCW edition and am having trouble getting the rear end aligned I took it to my mechanic to get it aligned. After the first attempt, I was informed that they could not get the rear end aligned and that replacing the rear springs would more than likely bring it back into spec. Fast forward a couple weeks after replacing the rear springs, I took it to get aligned again and the spring replacement provided very little change. He said that he did everything he could in terms of adjustments but could not get it to fall within spec. What could be causing the car to stay out of alignment? I am having an issue with the tires wearing unevenly especially on the last section of tread on the inner portion of tire near the sidewall. I owned a 2012 R60 S that I purchased from new and seem to remember it always being hard on the rear tires even from new. Is the countryman just hard on tires and runs aggressive camber? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Attached are the photos of the 1st alignment and the 2nd. (Sorry for them being sideways, I rotated them but they will not stay oriented correctly).

I don't know why he can't get the toe into alignment... unless something is bent. Looks like your camber is at the upper limits. Adjustable lower control arms will help bring the camber down.

I am not sure about the toe in either. The mechanic that was doing it is not very familiar with the Mini platform so I am not sure if he missed something to adjust on it. There are not many places nearby to get alignments, so I am limited to where I can take it and the closest dealer is an hr and 45 mins away. Is it normal for the countryman time have aggressive camber? I may end up getting adjustable control arms to get the camber in line. Is the toe being off a cause for concern?

The toe shouldn't be too bad. You may find it to handle a bit twitchie with zero to a little bit of toe out. The adjustment procedure for toe is a bit different from most other vehicles.

I would get the camber arms installed and go from there.
