Injectors
i have an 04 s jcw I recently bought. It popped a hole in the head next to the spark plugs. Tore it apart to find it’s been sleeves and has a massive gouge in it. I put a new used head on it and looked into the injectors. Three ford 200cc injectors and a 180cc vw injector. The 180 sat in the hole cylinder. I have a 17% pulley and some other mods. Don’t quite know all the mods just yet(it’s still new to me) it’s my first mini and I don’t know what injectors to use. Did the smaller injector cause this and should I upgrade my tune and go with larger injectors than the 380cc jcw ones? It’s got a Megan header and aftermarket exhaust(unknown brand yet cars too low to check)

Wow, whomever owned that car has no business near mechanical things.
If it were me I would try to find JCW 380cc injectors to match the rest of the modifications. You could probably get away with stock MCS injectors but if you're going through the trouble I'd go for the larger injectors.
That being said, I would also be running a ton of diagnostic work to make sure the rest of that engine is healthy.

Only at the expense (or shall we say very expensive) in trade off that is a hole in the cylinder?
Before throwing more mods onto the drivetrain, I would make sure the block and head are healthy, if it were me. I would not trust the nut job that is the previous owner. Likely any tired block you pickup from Craigslist is in better shape (as you reported yours is lined and has gouge in it).

I have a new head on and everything feels tight and as it should be. I have read that dodge neons have the same engine fundamentally and use similar to jcw injectors. I this true? And the srt4 injectors work for going into a bigger size? Iv noticed a large markup on injectors for mini even though they are the same injector for another car. What are some engines that can swap over?

I think only the European Neon uses the same Tritec engine. I am quite sure they are not forced induction so the injector most likely not compatible. People on this forum found good luck with Volvo 380cc injectors. There are a few thread on this topic.
I suggest going with the JCW injectors as they always are a perfect fit, correct spray pattern, and tune correctly. We see problems with aftermarket all the time.

Or if you aren't ready to spend that just go with the stock R53 injectors as they will be better than the mix matched mess you have
