JCW: TR6, Denso, or...?

I have an ’05 MCS on order, with the JCW package to be installed upon arrival. I recall reading in a thread that the JCW package uses TR6 plugs. I know in other supercharged applications that Denso plugs are generally considered superior to the TR6’s, and I’m wondering if that is true in the world of MINI. And, has anyone tried Denso’s in a JCW?

Also, I’ve been reading about another plug that has been touted for supercharged applications, Brisk: http://www.briskusa.com/ Does anyone have experience with these plugs?

They use the 4-pronged NGK plugs that are one step colder. I can't remember the exact part number. I doubt you will see much benefit from going to another plug. Maybe one 1 or so hp.

Sounds like you've already got the "mod-bug"; are you sure the JCW is for you? JCW + modifications = wasted$$$ + faux warranty
