Any idea on this swaybar?

Hey guys. I was giving the Mini a scrub down today and noticed the rear swaybar has three positions, which I'm thinking means it isn't OEM. I put a micrometer on it and it measured 19.58. I assume it would be labeled a 19.5 but was just wondering if anyone might be able to give me a little more info on it. Thanks!

Looks like maybe a Helix Motorsports or Hotchkis Motorsports 19mm RSB you have there. But I think they are one in the same.

I thought it might be a Hotchkis from what I've read. Thanks for responding!
