I have been keeping an eye on the marketplace, especially since I was looking to buy this one last summer. The issue is that 2006 factory JCW's don't come up for sale very often. I actually see more GP's for sale than 2006 fJCW's. I have also not seen another fJCW in pepper white with all of the factory options that this one has. It is always hard to get a good idea on a price when the market doesn't see many.

At the end of the day.....it is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I was merely trying to get a feeling as to if $10k was out of line with respect to what others thought.

So I installed a larger rear anti-sway bar this past weekend. Went with the 20mm solid Whiteline bar:

Only had the bar on the car for about 5 days so far, but first impressions is that I really should have made this upgrade 6 months ago. Handling is much closer to neutral now, but it still understeers at the limit. I am really curious to see how it will handle in the snow, so I will check back in with an update with a little more time with it.

Here is the JCW with its winter shoes on:

Looks very nice, i really like the English leather, rare option for the end years of the R53 and the navigation. Another rare options. As well as that anthracite headliner. Good luck.

Posted the JCW up on craigslist today. Also posted it in the Marketplace section. Hopefully it will go to an enthusiast looking for a fJCW.

Took some nice pictures of the Miata yesterday. Check them out:

The roll bar I ordered will hopefully show up this week. After that is installed, it is ready for some track time.

Road America is one of the tracks I plan on running sometime, but I am not sure if it that track will happen this year or not. I have done a few autocrosses there on their kart track, and did the touring event at lunch, but have yet to run the track at speed. It is on my list of things to do though. My track buddies are heading there the end of April, so at a minimum I will go up and ride along and take pictures for them. My budget is drained right now after buying wheels/tires and a roll bar.....so I probably won't be on track with the Miata until July at the earliest.
