2007 JCW factory install questions

I just purchased a 2007 MCS with the Works Package and I have a few questions that I haven't been able to find a definitive answer for. Here goes....

1. When the JCW package was added to the 2007 model, what all came with it as far as interior/exterior badges? I have the front grille, rear hatch, intake cover, the original JCW certificate and thats it. I dont have the shift ****, ebrake cover, door sills, or steering wheel. Were these not a part of the package in 2007?

2. With the upgraded JCW intake, should I even bother looking into upgrading to the Alta/something that is not encased in a box? I'd like to upgrade the intake piping in hopes of changing the sound a little bit (to feed my inner ricer).

3. Are the Alta Accessports still in production?

That's about it for now......thanks!

1. ??

2. Some people are worried about heat soak, my Alta FMIC should negate any of that. I have a factory 2012 JCW and I got a NM Eng intake, sounds and looks great. Although now I've ordered a louder exhaust in order to hear the exhaust note with any music on.

3. Alta Accessports are not in production or supported any more, you will only find used ones. They provide a lot of power. I was peaking at 27 psi (stage 1 w/ FMIC), when stock I was peaking 18 psi.

1. If you have a 07 hard top you are in the wrong section. You should be in Gen 2 with the turbo. This is the supercharged forum. But yes you have everything for a JCW. All the other things you mention are more accessories.

2. I installed an altar foam filter in the stock jcw air box and performed the flapectomy to hear the supercharger wine more. No idea what the turbo cars have.
