I picked up a factory JCW exhaust for my MCS, the version with the long resonator and no 2nd cat. The previous owner had removed the resonator, and then replaced the entire exhaust with aftermarket.

Can someone look at their exhaust and tell me which way the arrow points on the resonator? I would assume that it would go in direction of flow (pointing to the rear), but I could also see the company pointing the arrow to the front of the car. The resonator is not symmetrical, there is a slot inside that is biased to one end.
