I have a MC40 and am looking for wheel refinisher

It looks like some type of chemical has gotten underneath the rims and I would like to know if anyone can recommend someone who can make repair to these type of wheels?
Thanks

if your wheels are like my webspokes, mine looked like that but it was really a plastic film/covering that was drying out, cracking and allowing moisture underneath. started at point of impact from curbing but spread all over.

Did you just leave it, or did you fix it?

It is powder coat....
The "paint" is applied as a electrically charged powder...so it sticks to the rims which are negatively charged....then the entire part is baked...melting the coating.
While hard to remove, the rims can be refinished....corrosion is setting in...something will need yo be done soon...or they may fail ....road salts, mag chloride, etc all are hell on cast aluminum... Just takes a pinhole scratch or pit from debris...and the corrosion will start to make the coating peel as the alumuim expands...
Refinishing places usually will use a paint, then multiple clearcoats to get a similar look that is almost as durable....

P.S.
Rim repair and refinishing is a bit of a regional business... Some places do it full time, with straightening and welding to fix gouges....others do refinishing in their spare time...ask around in your local area...
