MCS Head vs. JCW Head

Is there a major difference between the MCS Head verses the JCW Head? Like different cams, valves, valve springs? Just wondering. Also is the JCW a single cam or dual cam?

Thanks

Same head and cam. JCW head has some porting and polishing and from what I understand its not extensive and mostly on the exhaust side. I am refering to 1st. generation on this I cant comment on 2nd generation turbo's because I am unfamiliar with them.

The only difference between the stock R53 head and the JCW head is the exhaust has some very minor port work done. All the valves, and cam are the same.
