Need some spark plug advice...

I have a 2002 Mini S and it's got a 15% Pulley, 2% Crank, MSD Ignition, MSD plug wires, Header and aftermarket exhaust, JCW chip, Cold Air intake, K&N filter, and some other non motor things and I am needing some spark plug help. When I purchased the car it wasn't long I had a misfire on cyl. 1 and I pulled the NGK R BKR6EQUP out and the white part inside the 4 prong part had separated in that one plug. I did notice all the plugs looked great besides that one and besides the insulation being broken it looked good. I then purchased 4 new NGK R BKR7EQUP and replaced the 6's with a 7. It's been about 4,500 miles and I got a misfire on cyl. 3 and today I pulled the plugs and the insulation is busted on that one plug (between the 4 prongs) And I have also noticed that all 4 plugs seem to be fouled and are really blackened. I guess my question is what's causing these to break and also should I run the same NGK R BKR6EQUP that I first had in it again. I don't know much about this type thing so I will need someone to color me a picture I guess. LOL I live in Southern Ky. so the weather is 90ish in the summer and 20ish in the winter. And all in between during the other months. (So that's my climate) If so please tell me why these plugs break and also what plug # I need. Also I just replace a pressure sensor switch in the intake also if that means anything with my plugs. (This was done today also) Thanks for any info or pointers...

Attached are the 2 plugs that has caused my problems. Like I said 1 was in cyl. 1 and lasted about 1 year and the other was in cyl. 3 and lasted about a month. Both came apart the same way. It appears to me they got to hot.

If the BKR7's are fouling, why would you want to go colder? Seems to me, that would foul even more. Have you tried BRISK DOR14LGS plugs? Pricey but excellent.
