I'm looking for some information out there. I recently purchased a 2009 JCW exhaust from a guy who sold his MINI. He had a 2009 R56S and purchased the Stage 1 kit and since he already had a custom exhaust, he never had the JCW exhaust installed.

Here is my dilemma: I had my car up on the lift removed the stock exhaust and put the JCW Exhaust in place for a quick check. Well it seems that the cabrio has a body stiffener installed and the exhaust doesnt quite clear the body stiffener. I'm thinking an inch or inch and a half spacers on the stiffener should take care of the fitment problem. I thought I would check here first to see if anyone has already installed a JCW exhaust on an R57 and if so what kind of tips can you provide.
