I really did get the feeling the salesguy only wanted to sell me a car that was in stock. He was not at all interested in placing a factory order for a JCW.

Also, I had to go to the dealer alone, and was looking for a quote or 'hard facts' to present the information to my wife. Needless to say, I left empty handed.....

 

Speak directly with the sales mgr. about your experience. I'd like to think he'd take care of you directly or find you a new MA. If for w/e reason he is not interested then you should visit another dealer.

 

Thanks, I just might try to contact the Sales Manager or the dealership GM to find a new MA or to express my concerns.

Too bad I have a great relationship with a BMW Salesperson from a different dealer. If only that location dealt with MINI. :(

 

New MA - not all of them are idiots.
