JCW turbocharger into a MCs with JCW kit

I was wondering if this compination will be succesfull...
Unfortunatelly my turbocharger had seriously deep cracks and the JCW tuning kit is not fitted yet.
Now i have to replace the turbo and i was wondering if i could fit the JCW factory turbocharger along with the tuning kit.

Has anyone done it before?
any info?

It can be done, but it's not a drop in; some parts will need to be changed.
The JCW KO4 turbocharger has a larger compressor inlet.

But the JCW tuning kit doesn't assume turbocharger replacement from the Cooper S's KO3... so, a remapping of the ECU would be in order.
