Can anyone recommend a spark plug for my R56 MCS with JCW kit? I want to change mine and the dealer quoted me $25 per plug. I know the mini has a unique and sophisticated engine but is there any alternative to oem? I'm kinda leaning toward oem though as I am still under warranty. Anyone have any suggestions?

 

I had really good luck with NGK Iridium plugs in my 1981 Fiat Spider and 1999 Accord V6 coupe, for what it's worth. If you Google 'iridium' or similar there's no doubt a bunch of info on them.

 

I was running Denso's and liked them but recently got some Brisk plugs from RMW and really like them, like $50, $60 a set!
