Yes, the JCW tuning kit is available for the automatic transmission in the US. I live in NJ and put my name on the list with Issaic at Princeton Mini and it came in end of September and then I got it installed in the beginning of October. Love It!

My question to anyone with some technical automotive experience is this: Is it possible that the manual JCW tuning kit only adjusts air fuel ratio and timing so the Manual stage 1 kit would work exactly the same on the auto. I would assume that the program would have to adjust the boost differently because auto trans loses less boost between gear changes. It seems the above member somehow got the dealer to install the manual kit on his auto. My dealer maintains the auto kit is not available.

Do you think this is a good idea
