Wow...sounds pretty steep for a kit, but I guess that does include painting and installing it. So does the kit get shipped with the car unpainted? Then once they arrive then paint and install and that is why it takes longer to get the car? I don't understand why they wouldn't just install the kit at the factory?

Yes indeed, that's the total price after painting and installation. They overcharge us because they simply can. They are greedy just like anyone else in the business. You could actually get the Navigation System plus Park Distance Control for the price of the JCW aero kit. None of the JCW accesories are cheap. I am not sure why they don't install the kit at the factory.

Thanks, I figured that since I live 2.5 hours away from the nearest dealership, I should try to minimize potential problems (such as water leaking and rattling sunroofs). Plus I saved some money in the meantime too!

Yes, there is. Two completely different body kits.

congrats on the car. Comfort access is great. Too bad it did not fit your budget.

You did good. What a great looking car! You picked all the right options for your mini. It is not a bloated, option heavy, wanna be sports car, it is a Real Sports Car.
Way to go
