Well, I just "burried" my first R56 (a.k.a. Dirk Diggler) that now rusts in the dealer's lot. The new R56 will arrive hopefully soon (I'll call him HAL 9000) and I am reevaluating the aftermarket/dealer-installed options.

Did anyone ordered/installed/used the JCW Gear Shift Indicator? Yes - I know - utility might be debateable when you have a tachometer. On the other side - this is the perfect moment to put it in - I am removing the dashboard for a custom installed nuvi 600/Kuda mount / Passport 8500 / ODB II cable / iPod Adapter/ Focal speaker job, so one additional gadget installation would not hurt...

So... what about that useless(?)/tacky(?) JCW Gear Shift Indicator? I think it is set up below the tachometer (different from the 02-06 JCW gear shift indcator that was on top of the speedometer...
