Interior/Exterior Putting Steering Wheel Air Bag back on?

Putting Steering Wheel Air Bag back on?

Do you still have to push the 2 springs in, in order to pop the air bag back on?

It took me a little wiggling to get it into the right spot. And then when i pushed it in, it took more force then i would have thought. All is good tho.
