How do install rear windshield wiper? I have, tugged, poked and prodded and I still cannot figure out how to replace the entire wiper. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

 

It took some wrangling, but it will pop off. Try twisting it in teh direction opposite the normal hinge movement. I ended up sticking a pen between the wiper frame and the arm and wedgeing it back to finally pop it all the way off.

 

Hmm, I will try this, it sounds dangerous but hopefully it will work.

It is not really a "rear windshied", it is the rear window.
Not that it matters, and maybe just becuase I an having a real Monday of a day.

 

Oh, I forgot. If you push teh blade against its normal stop, you might hear a snap. It scared me at first, but if you look at the new blade, you will see 2 tabs sticking out. They engage into slots on the arm. When I opened mine past this pont, the tabs broke off the old blade, but it did no damage to teh arm. THis makes it a little easier to work with too IIRC.
