When the dealer was asked the cost of a racing flag for the top of my S I nearly fainted.
I have the car one week and went to a printing company that also make signs for cars.
I now have a $1000.00 flag for $40.00 and 3 hours of my time. What do you

That looks great!!! IMO i think it looks BETTER than the checkered tops that the mini comes w/!! and a great price if you ask me!

 

I just wish I could see the picture, I have tried to reload 3 times. I have a sunroof, I am thinking about what CarVogue sells and going that route.

Yes, it does cut down the visibility when looking up from the inside out , but I just keep the shade closed unless the glass is open. I dont care from the inside , its the looks from the outside that is great. And the dealer said you can't have a sunroof and a flag. HAHAHAHAHA You should see the little box I made for the area under the switches and in front of the cup holders ( that another Laugh) Now I have a place for all the stuff you need to keep handy( garage door opener, cell phone, change, pens etc.)

And if you're just worried about the outside appearance you've got nothing to worry about!! It looks great!! I wasn't too crazy about the checkered roof, but the way you've got yours set up makes it look good!! REALLY good!!!

I'm still gunna stick with my red roof and the sun roof..... i may, down the road, decide to slap a union jack up there.......... and i'm going to get it over the sun roof like you did! Hopefully mine will turn out as good as yours did! (i don't see why it wouldn't )

 

Is the flag on the roof perforated where it covers the sunroof? When you say it diminishes visibility out - is it translucent or opaque?

Can your shop just print another copy of this for another customer??? :smile:
