No more chrome

need help getting rid of the last two pieces of chrome on my 03 mcs.
the plastic plated door handles. any body have an idea???

Mask it off real good and then spray paint it. That's what I am hoping to do before AMVIV.

ive taken off the handles before... it's a pain in the ****. follow UKSUV's lead and mask the hell out of the door and hit it with some etching primer then paint em.
