Interior/Exterior Bumper cover replacement?

Bumper cover replacement?

OK, first boo boo on our car

Backed into sign. It looks like just the "cover" on bumper is cracked...easy to replace? Can you buy these painted, or have to get painted at shop? I figure cheaper for me to do it then pay dealer for a few hundred dollars in labor.

Any thoughts?

It's not too hard to replace. I'd suggest posting a WTB in the Marketplace for a painted one as there should be plenty of those floating around from all the Aero kits that have been installed.
