Oooo I love them! I really love the stone, only sort-of love the engraving around it.

I've wanted to do something like a Zuni inlay in the 6 speed pattern.

You got a nice idea there Yucca. I have BRG too, so a color to match the exterior would spice things up a bit.

Those are absolutely gorgeous. Way too fancy for my car, but I'd be astonished if there wasn't a market for them. They're just too pretty not to have somebody want them.

Ah; I can see how it is actually black -- just looked like a dark blue with the light on it.

But an actual blue one, especially if it were hyper blue, would be great.

Still finding more suppliers of cabochons. Hopefully, I'll be able to find some nice BRG and Hyper Blue stones!

I'm afraid to mention to my wife that I may consider purchasing the equipment to cut and polish my own...

I have 2 Whalens: "the original" and a #3 billiard ball. Love my #3. It almost matches my CR dash and doesn't soak up the heat--which is an issue in FL. For me, the billiard even shifts better than the "original Whalen". Doug, if you keep this up, you may be able to retire by the time you are 88.

No way! No retirement for me!!
They're gonna find me one of these days, slumped over one of my machines, probably wrapped around the spindle.
