Interior/Exterior Show Your Stripes
Matt!
I can't decide on which Stripes to get! ARRGH! They all look great. I can't decide and it's really beginning to bug me. Advice? Suggestions? Help! I want aggresive cool.
I have an Indi Blue Cooper, Black Glass, white top and mirrors.... (white top and mirrors may change soon to Black) Jolly Roger!
Just for kicks... I could panel the sides like wood and Make it a Pirate Ship... HA HA HA. But just for kicks. Hey, I could offer my Mini for Pirates of the Caribbean Promotions!
Anyhow... Still stuck....
Thanks
Doug

>>Moorlockx: what widths are those? Thinking about a similar setup (though black on PS)

>>thanks,

Hi Neal, they're 8" and 1.25" with a .75" gap. I experimented starting with 12" and worked down until I got these. I found anything wider, in this placement, creates too much curviture to work the vinyl properly. The only way the wider ones could work would be to start closer to the hoods centerline and I wanted a definite offset. I've seen pics of a few cars with this style, but they seem to be about 5" and, to me, aren't a bold enough statement!
I plan on having the paint shop to "fill in" the areas where they couldn't get the vinyl to work properly (around the scoop and liscence plate indent) with matching paint to give it a more solid stripe, especially in the back.

I had to post this one as it was to good to pass up. This is from a customer of ours in Italy who sent us pictures yesterday. ( the flag is not ours, only the stripes)
