I have searched but could not find the answer. I'm looking for the two black plastic panels that goes on either side of the lower grille, where the fog lamps are. Who sells these are how much are they? Thanks for any insight.

Yup, they're just self adhesive pieces of plastic, but expensive self adhesive pieces of plastic. Another (much cheaper) option is have a local shop make you some in vinyl. You could just have it painted but that would probably cost a bit as well. Or, the simplest option, order some in vinyl from Aesthetic Creations (a site sponsor). AC have them in more than one color as well.
