Gauge Pods. I think they allow you to use any gauges you want, didn't really read it.

I just saw that today also... I think that is correct that you can use any guage. I was pricing out guages and they were looking around 110 for a boost guage and sender.

The thing that would make me question this is, how would you hook up other gauges?

I have seen the alta pod on a cooper "S", and it had the supercharger boost, and the oil press., I think it looks really nice.

I dunno. $160+ for a plastic bracket with attached cups seems a bit high to me. And I'm especially not to keen on the blatant Alta badging on the driver's side.

BMP uses a flat metal bracket to attach the side cups. They also include their guages, hence the difference in price.

maybe I am stupid but where the heck do you hide the wires on the Alta unit? There cup is open in the rear. Look everyone see my wires!

Seems like what was the start of a nice product but again like the waterspray not thought out all the way.

Hope they get it right soon.
