Unique mods...

Ok admittedly my "unique" mod is on a classic, but I would like to see things I have not seen on any MINI or Mini before.

Here is some interior mods in the MINI.

Note the stripe on the dash.

Unique in the US maybe. I have the euro parcel shelf installed on both the driver and passenger side in my car. Much better than having the glovebox.

And yes I know I need to post a picture of it. As soon as I figure out how.

Is that a Euro Parcel shelf for a RHD MINI?

That is a cool idea though I love my closing glovebox.

You'd have to get this from someone across the pond as US dealers haven't been able to order them since mid-2003 (something to do with safey regulations).

ROFL I am a classic owner, MY CAR is not compliant with US Saftey regulations.

What contact across the pond did you use?

I bought the "cubby" bolster in late 2003 from someone in the US who ordered two from his dealer before the part was "banned".

You might want to contact mikeythemini on MINI2 to see if he could get you the part (51-16-7-058-406).

BTW ... love your classic Mini ... my 1967 Austin Cooper S was stolen in 1972

Phil does excellent work. He can or will make just about any customer vinyl work you can think of going so far as to email you different designs based upon your ideas. To give you a better example ...

The A panel graphic here is a one-off from his A-Panel designs

The boot decal design here is also a variation and finally the checks behind the license plates is totally one-off.

If you want something not normally seen, check out minipirates!
