Im about to do the same conversion. Was it difficult? Any pointers?

 

yep...get a dremel if you don't have one already... those things are great! i bought the mini rechargeable one and did it over a few days time... the top grill is easy.. the bottom is not hard...just long time as many things to do...trim the grill & cut holes in the body...etc...

I didn't take the front off...follow the directions on outmotoring & the other hints posted in past posts...
