Interior/Exterior Contrasting Skirts and Arches

I saw a pepper white the other day with gloss black skirts, arches, and BUMPERS??? Looked a bit wierd, not horrible, just wierd. At first I thought it was in an accident and was borrowing a bumper until it was painted, but then I saw that it had the front and rear gloss black. Maybe it got squashed from both the front and rear? Or maybe it is just a strange idea.

Hate to resurrect an old thread, but I had this thought as well for my HB/W. I have a lot of white trim on my car already (bonnet scoop, boot/bonnet/side stripes) and plan to go to white wheels when my run flats give it up. Thought the white trim vice body color might look cool...or might be too much. Hard to visualize.
