Interior/Exterior LED Front Turn Indicators

LED Front Turn Indicators
I did some searching on this, but I couldn't find anyone who has done it.
I want to change out my front turn indicators (7507 bulbs) for LED bulbs. I can not find a direct replacement 7507 white LED bulb, does anyone know where I can order a set?
I already have a pair of 1156 White LED bulbs, but as you know, the nubs on the end of these bulbs are straight across, and not angled like the 7507 bulbs, so they don't fit into the sockets. I easily solved this problem by sanding down one of the nubs on the 1156 bulbs (not sanded all the way off though).
The problem now is that LED's are DC electronics, and the polarity in the front turn indicator is reverse of what the 1156 LED bulbs needs.
I could easily cut the turn indicator wires, and reverse them, but I am not crazy about cutting the wiring harness on my brand new MINI.
I also bought the 6ohm, 50watt resistors that will prevent the blinkers from going too fast once I have the LED's installed. That is another problem though since there is not a lot of room to mount these in the engine bay, and it is recommended to mount them to metal since they do get quite warm. I did open up the rear tail light panels though, and it seems like it would be easy to mount them inside the rear cubby's, and wire the resistor in to the tail light blinker wiring.
Does anyone else have any other idea's about a better way to install these?
Or even better, have a link to some real 7507 White LED bulbs?
