I am looking for chrome/clear side markers for a MC not a MCS.

I have checked the sponsor directory and have found nothing, not even the MCS one. I know I saw a thread here some time back about this, but can't find it. I'll get the MCS ones if I have to, but I don't think it would be fair to the MCS owners--and, it isn't what my car is.

Please help.

Howzit? You can find two different styles of chrome vents at mossmini. One OEM without the clear marker and the other with 4 Nike "swoosh" looking thinggies with clear marker lamp. Both for $99.95 a peice.

BTW, I just bought the clear markers from MINI of Hawaii today. In their 2003 MINI Motoring Accessories catalogue. Part #63 12 0 141 252 @ $35. Dunno if I'll do the chrome vent just yet...for the same reasons wagsFTB said.

I have a set of Cooper S Chrome gills with white lights for sale. Cheap, $40 plus shipping?

I had them on my car, but decided to install the Moss MINI gills and Billet Fuel Door. They look cool, as shown below. I haven't taken pics of my yellow Cooper with them yet...

Thanks all for responding and I found them. The price is outrageous, I think, especially if they are chromed plastic. Think I'll just get the white lights for now.

A big minus is that MossMini only ships UPS or Fed Ex, two companies that hold Hawaii and Alaska residents at gunpoint. Minimum shipping is about $26, as they offer no 3-day service (the 2-day takes 3 days to get here) and no ground.

SouthSeaSadie,

If you just want the clear lens, you can get that at your MINI dealer. It is a standard MCS part, but it fits the MC. They may charge a little more than MOSS, but no shipping.

Good luck,

James

Two questions, first how hard are these vents to install?

Second, does anybody make actual chrome vents instead of the "chromed" plastic?

Go to http://www.cq-out.co.uk to see these repeaters. They are chomed plastic but are good quality and easy to fit, took me 5 minutes. Got mine from minispares.co.uk as im in the uk, but the companies who ship to America use the same ones, im sure.
