Tail light and Reverse light Q's

I have been looking at ordering:
https://www.newministuff.com/new/sho...uctshow&id=149

Because I do not like the all red tail lights of my 05 MC...

I already have:
http://myminiparts.com/proddetail.php?prod=MMBUL
With the harness because I have early production 05's.

My question is will the 05 euro spec work with my rear reverse light?

See here:

Replacing the red/red tail light unit with an amber/red one from Europe requres no rewiring.
If you only spliced into the wiring, and did not change it, there will be no issue with the reverse light mod either ... my only worry would be the possible overload of the BC1 by driving too many lamps from the reverse output (like the pre-'05 brake light mod, where a few BC1s have died from overload).

What GBMINI said

The twp plug and play OEM options are like his (amber lens turn signal) or mine which blinks amber but has a white lens for the signal. (no pics yet but looks the same as on the web site or in the Motoringfile article http://motoringfile.com/2005/08/22/2...ghts_reviewed/).
