Interior/Exterior Size of standard tach and tach w/nav system different?

Size of standard tach and tach w/nav system different?
Is the size of the standard tach and the tach w/nav system different? I am asking because whenever I run across chrome rings for the tach it is for the MINI without Nav. If it is the same then I can then get 2 to fit on the tach and speedo? And I guess if they are a different size does anyone know where I can get the chrome rings for the speedo/tach (w/ nav)? On that note, is there a chrome ring for the nav screen?
