Door Panel

My new project for the car is in the works and before I start I have to figure everything out. So my question is, how does the leather/leatherette pad on the door (handle part) come off? Are there any how-tos or can anyone help me with how that will come off the car and go back on. Thanks In Advance.

Take a look underneath the pad with a flahlight & a mirror. I think there are torx screws holding it on. Some one posted how to here before.

What I did was take a putty knife i think 1.5inch wide put 1 layer of thin rag around it (to keep from damaging anything) and slide it in on the hinge side slightly below center. Just push it you will hear a disturbing pop but then when you slide the piece off there should be any damage I wish I had a digiatl camera I could write up some sweet How to's..
