All I can say is good luck. eBay is your best bet, but I doubt you find any for the price you're talking about unless they are used.

If you're trying to go for the cheapest price (used, ebay, etc.), just be careful that you get the amber bulbs included, so that they're legal.

Welcome to NAM!

On ebay they all average out at about the same price ~$45 shipped for both sets. They either lower the price and jack the shipping or jack the price and lower the shipping. Sabersport got some good reviews from the other NAM folks (check a quick search) and that's who I went with, no bulbs included but for $2.99 a pair I picked up some 194A's and 194R's (Amber and Red). Install wasn't bad, on the wrench scale; about 1 wrench.

They go well with clear tails also!

Dealer prices are usually the worst. Sorry.

I purchased the clears for my MC and the smoked for my MCS from Sabersport. They work great. I never purchased colored bulbs and I'm still able to pass inspection. Guess it depends on the laws in your state. I have a lawyer friend who told me that you can't have white light coming from the back of the car when it's moving forward... didn't say anything about the side of the car.

I need to find one, front right smoked sidemarker to replace one that got whacked. When I got mine, they were being sold in pairs (front + rear) and now all I can find is them being sold as 4's.

Contact the place you purchased the markers... maybe they'll sell you a pair instead of all four.

Opps, I'm thinking that we may have 2 different things confused . The Sabersport lights we're talking about are really the clear corner lights that go in the bumper covers.

After re-reading the original post, I'm thinking that maybe we should be talking about the lights incorporated in the grille just forward of the doors. Superish, care to set us straight? And if I misdirected this thread, sorry.

Maybe someone can clear this up for me. On a lot of the ebay auctions, they state that it is for an '02-'04 cooper. Did anything change on the '05 cooper? I'm thinking of picking up a set for the car on order, but I don't want to get the wrong ones!!!

Anyone have any pics of the clear corners on a HB MCS or maybe the smoked ones? I can't make up my mind since i can't see them on the car!!!
