Source for "S" badge?

I thought I'd seen this referenced in a prior thread, but after much searching, I've decided maybe I dreamed it. I can't find the answer.

Where might I acquire another "S" badge, identical to the one on my boot?

Hopefully a kind moderator will shift this thread to the Marketplace thread and slap a WTB prefix on the thread title.
