Anyone can help me on this one, I have an MCS 02 w/fog lights but, the manual stipulates ALL bulbs are H7(NOT!!!) for High/Low and foglights. I Dismantled the car and found out they were of course NOT H7 but either H11 or 9003. Which one is it? can anyone guide me with this PLEASE!!!!!!!! Please reply to me whenb possible Thank you!!!!!

 

On my 05 MCS fog light also an H11 not H7 but my MCS 02 was H7............

 

Just do a few searches here and on MINI2 and you should find your answer. I saw mention (of the discrepancy you've noted) in the past but don't recall the particulars.

 

The halogen low and high beams are H7s. Also I noticed on the glass of the lights (all around the car) it says what bulb is required.

 

I understand the confusion amongst us, the manual states H7 on All the bulbs yet, those of us who have the HID are H7(High)/H9(Xenon) on our cars . Therefore the fog light is supposed to be an H7, but regretably it is NOt therefore, when trying to replace it you will find that it is an H1 or 9003 plug, I called Downtown Mini In Orlando and spoke to Sean the service Manager whom is a friend of mine and he stated that they are H11. I am sending Powerbulbs.com an email so when they receive my returned bulbs I can get the correct ones for the Fog lights. My Friends whatever you do get the European Lighting even though it is not to supposedly US specs sort to speak you will notice an increase visibility at night
