I noticed a pretty sizeable chip out of my hood scoop - I know it's going to happen - it's a car and I drive it.

Anyhow - wondering if I can just buy a replacement rather than mess with painting the chip? I don't really want chrome or carbon fiber - just Chilli Red like it is.

Any thoughts or ideas on price???

 

You can get a new hood scoop. I don't know the part number but try Classic MINI for the best price.

 

i may have a red hood scoop available. my car was wrecked en route to the dragon. if it's salvageable it'll be replaced by a CF scoop. my original scoop looked to be in good shape, PM me if your interested.

 

So who have a black Hood Scoop for me to replace my silver one?

You can always replace it with the M7 Hood Scoop. It comes in the factory colors.
