MCS hood on an MC

I did a search, and really not too much info. Are the hoods interchangeable?? I would assume so, since the only real difference is the hood scoop on the MCS, which makes it bulkier.

Can someone(s) please enlighten me

I'm pretty sure they are as well, but if you don't have a top mount intercooler (or some top secret CAI idea) why the need for the scoop?

My buddy out in Vancouver just did this with no issue. You will need a new hood liner and make sure all the trim etc. matches with the MC bits.

yep.

It was pretty easy, but you need to remove your windshield washer jets, headlights and all the associated plumbing and wiring. Not too big a pain, but a little time consuming.
