Four Rally Lights Void Warranty?

I currently have two OEM rally lights on my MINI. I wanted to install another two OEM rally lights between the existing two. I remember reading somewhere though that MINI released a statement saying this voids your warranty due to airflow. Anyone know about this? Also do I need anything extra to mount them, or are there two more "bars" in MINI the grille to attach the rally light brackets to?

EVERYTHING voids your warranty...The stuffed MINI bulldog I have sitting in my passenger seat voided the warranty on my leather...

Chitown_Coop has the 4 light setup. Perhaps you could PM him and see if he has any insight.

BTW - it looked GREAT in person.

We are running 4 lights, no issues with our warranty infact we just had the passenger rear rotor replaced

You will need the mounting brackets, the downside is the only way to get the official ones is from a dealer.

I heard that driving your MINI on a road voids the warranty too. Good thing I blew my warranty out of the water the day I took delivery! Now I don't have to bother myself with such trivial crap on what has proven to be a very bulletproof drivetrain.
