LEATHER? Euro parcel shelf in You-ification guide?

Apparently there are a few books out there. For me that page has pictures of the floormats. Anyone notice anything interesting about those pictures?

Ok. So I'll tell you what I noticed since no one else knows.

It seemsas though there is a leather type euro-parcel shelf in the picture. Is there such a thing? I couldn't really tell what the material is obviously, but it looks as though there is stitching on it.

Does anyone even have the book that I'm talking about and can at least back me up on this one?

You're not losing your mind...

I've got the book, and I see exactly what you're talking about. I'd practically memorized the book but had missed the stitching on the parcel shelf. When your initial post prompted me to look more closely, it's the first thing that jumped out at me. (As to your latest question: I have no idea... never heard of an upholstered parcel shelf!)
