I was the lucky winner of the Moss MINI giveaway for November which was a set of four slotted and drilled rotors and stainless steel brake lines. However, my dealer says that it will void my warranty on at least the brakes and tires if I install them. (And of course, they won't touch them) So what do you think? Install them or not? Anyone have any views?donald188@cs.com

Install them and keep your stock rotors.

I don't know if what your dealer told you is correct.
The stainless brake lines should not void your warranty
if you did that alone. The pads and rotors will have no BMW
warranty, naturally...the tires...they are covered by the manufacturer.

You logic seems right. I just have to find someone to put them on. I told the guys at Moss that I'd rather have something to make me go faster, not slower, but they said no deal. It's still a sweet freebie.
